Catherine O’Donnell is the author of the new work “Elizabeth Seton: American Saint,” out now from Cornell University Press, who used research from the archive for her book. New art Gallery Exhibition
The Archives of the Province of St. Louise will be displaying some of the artistic treasures of its collections, beginning next week! The Daughters of Charity are famous for their work in healthcare and education, yet the sisters of the community also harbor some artistic talent as well. Our new art gallery is open to Daughters and Associates during business hours and to the public on Wednesday afternoons and by special booking.

History of the Daughters in the U.S.
Current exhibit of the Provincial Archives: Explore this history of the five former provinces, as well as both their shared and unique histories. Among the treasures on display are the hand-written American rule of St. Vincent, President Dwight Eisenhower’s self-portrait, and the correspondence setting up the five provinces. The exhibit and heritage rooms are open to the public from 1-4 on Wednesday afternoon, during business hours to sisters, and at special request for tours.
